Mission and Program Overview
Mission
Give the gift of hearing to those in need emplowering them to achieve their potential. The foundation has provided more hearing care to people in the u.s. And around the world then any other organization. The foundation works with other global organizations offering health and quality of life services to have a collective impact on the well-being of individuals and economic benefit to the community. The first community-based hearing health care program is now in place in more than 52 countried worldwide was pioneered by the foundation. The foundations has provided hearing aids to 103 countries.

- Domestic missions and events: SHF conducts events throughout the U.S. to give hearing aids to residents in the U.S. who are in need. These events are conducted in conjunction with sports and entertainment charitable organizations and act as an awareness opportunity to promote our cause.

- Hear Now: This program is SHF's domestic program that works directly with a network of hearing aid dispensers and audiologists throughout the United States. SHF donates hearing aids and the audiologists donate their services to fit and maintain the patient. This program gives the gift of hearing to approximately 4,000 residents per year.
