PART X, LINE 2:

The association is exempt from income taxes under section 501(c)(6) of the internal revenue code, except for the taxation of unrelated business income. The association conducted no taxable activities for the year ended december 31, 2013. Accordingly, no provision for income taxes has been provided in the financial statements. The association's federal returns of organization exempt from income tax (form 990) for the years ended 2010, 2011 and 2012 are subject to examination by the internal revenue service, generally for three years after they were filed.
