“The Association is a not-for-profit organization that is exempt from income taxes under section 501(c)(5) of the internal revenue code and has been classified as other than a private foundation by the internal revenue service. income from advertising is not directly related to the Association's tax-exempt purpose and is subject to taxation as unrelated business income. The Association's policy is to evaluate uncertain tax positions annually. Management evaluated the Association's tax positions and concluded that the Association had taken no uncertain tax positions that require adjustment to the financial statements.”
