Complete copies of the U.S. Return of Organization Exempt From Income Tax (U.S. Form 990) and the Illinois Charitable Organization Annual Report (Illinois Form AG990-IL) were provided and reviewed by the board members prior to filing with the Internal Revenue Service and the Illinois Office of Attorney General. Various financial items and disclosures were discussed and reviewed including an overview of the Federal and Illinois annual filings, program service accomplishments, the various additional and required schedules and disclosures requirements,the new governance and management, and the financial results of operations.

The board regularly and consistently maintains and monitors their compliance policy with a written Code of Ethics, Policies, and Procedures and their formal written reporting process for and violations of the Code of Ethics and Policies.These policies, statements and procedures are provided to every all board members with guidelines for the reporting of unethical and/or illegal behavior of board members, vendors, professional service providers, or related organizations.The annual financial statements of Open Door, Inc. are annually audited by independent certified public accountants.
