Activity 2

The real estate division consists of rental residential and commercial real estate. Rental residential real estate is comprised of three affordable senior independent living developments and one assisted living facility to allow community residents to age gracefully while within living distance of their friends and relatives. Commercial real estate cosists of over 40,000 square feet of rentable space. The other rental space combines the bethel commercial center at lake and pulaski, amberg chapel, banquet hall, small business center: all at the bethel campus. These other rental facilities assist in developing the community by targeting organizations and services which are lacking in the community and are vital to its continued development.

Activity 3

The education division (formerly know as community services division) is comprised of the following: chicago family case management, as part of the state's managed-care program, focuses on the social service component to assist enrolled families with children and pregnant women in identifying and accessing primary sources of medical care by monitoring services to ensure that routine and preventive health services are obtained on a consistent basis. Right start for family provides a coordinated service delivery system to facilitate parenting education and the early identification of developmental delays for at-risk children and their families. Emergency fund provides compassionate, quick, emergency relief to low income residents of all ages, races, and ethnic origins. Whole shool network builds a collective impact sustainable model by partnering with local public schools to help them improve in agreed upon areas.
