THE STAFF CONTINUE TO PRESENT TO ALL POTENTIAL REFERRAL SOURCES IN THE COMMUNITY. ART THERAPY CONTINUES TO BE PROVIDED BOTH INDIVIDUALLY AND IN GROUPS. THE RESPONSE HAS BEEN INCREDIBLE. NINETY-SEVEN PERCENT OF ALL RESIDENTS HAVE BEEN LINKED TO MAINSTREAM BENEFITS THEY ARE ENTITLED TO. SEVEN CHALLENGES PROGRAM ADDRESSING CO-OCCURING DISORDERS HAS BEEN FULLY IMPLEMENTED INTO ALL THREE PROGRAMS. ALL THE RESIDENTS IN EACH PROGRAM ARE PARTICIPATING IN COMMUNITY SERVICE MONTHLY. ONE HUNDRED PERCENT OF ALL RESIDENTS HAVE COMPLETED THE ANSELL CASEY ASSESSMENT FOLLOWING ADMISSION. ALL RESIDENTS IN THE PROGRAMS HAVE HAD THEIR EDUCATIONAL NEEDS MET THROUGH THE MCKINNEY VENTO ACT. THERAPISTS ARE TRAINED TO TREAT ISSUES SUCH AS DEPRESSION, GRIEF, FAMILY CONFLICT AND RELATIONSHIP CONCERNS. 360 YOUTH SERVICES IS ALSO CONTRACTED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES TO PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE COMMUNITY-BASED YOUTH SERVICES (CCBYS) TO NAPERVILLE, LISLE, DOWNERS GROVE, WOODRIDGE, AURORA AND WESTMONT 24 HOURS A DAY, 365 DAYS A YEAR. ALL PROGRAMS EXPERIENCED A BIT OF A PIVOT TO ADJUST TO THE MARCH 2020 SCHOOL CLOSURES AND STAY AT HOME ORDERS. SO PROGRAMMING IN THE LAST MONTHS OF THE YEAR BECAME VIRTUAL WHENEVER POSSIBLE. NAPERVILLE OPERATION SNOWBALL FOCUSES ON YOUTH LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT TO EMPOWER HIGH SCHOOL YOUTH. IN FY2020, 193 ATTENDED THE IMPACTFUL FALL WEEKEND AND 99 PARTICIPATED IN A VIRTUAL SPRING WEEKEND AND A COUPLE VIRTUAL EVENING WORKSHOP EVENTS. THE POWER OF CHOICE COMMUNICATION CAMPAIGN IS A DATA-DRIVEN DRUG AND ALCOHOL PREVENTION PROJECT WHICH HELPS YOUTH RECOGNIZE THEIR OWN STRENGTH TO MAKE HEALTHY DECISIONS. IN FY2020, THE HIGH SCHOOL CAMPAIGN REACHED 14,321 STUDENTS, PLUS PARENTS IN 12,889 HOUSEHOLDS, AND THE 6TH-8TH GRADE CAMPAIGN REACHED 10,056 STUDENTS, PLUS PARENTS IN 9,051 HOUSEHOLDS. THROUGH THE POC OVER 7,500 STUDENTS PARTICIPATED IN INTERFACE TEAMS IN THE SCHOOL CAFETERIAS AND 5,997 RECEIVED POC CLASSROOM PRESENTATIONS. THE 11-SESSION TOO GOOD FOR DRUGS CURRICULUM WAS TAUGHT WITH 514 SIXTH AND SEVENTH GRADERS AT A SELECT SCHOOL IN DISTRICT 204. IN ADDITION THE 360 PREVENTION TEAM PROVIDED CLASSROOM PRESENTATIONS ON VAPING PREVENTION, BREAKING THROUGH STRESS, AND GENERATION RX PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION SAFETY FOR 2,552 MIDDLE SCHOOL AGED YOUTH. THE COMMUNITY ALLIANCE FOR PREVENTION IS A 37-MEMBER COLLABORATIVE TO REDUCE USE OF MARIJUANA, ALCOHOL AND PRESCRIPTION DRUGS FOR NONMEDICAL REASONS BY YOUTH IN NAPERVILLE AND FAR EAST AURORA. IN FY20, THE ALLIANCE CREATED AND DISSEMINATED PREVENTION PSAS REACHING 11.5 MILLION PEOPLE; PRESENTED ABOUT YOUTH MARIJUANA USE AND VAPING PREVENTION TO 675 PARENTS AND OTHER COMMUNITY ADULTS, AND DISTRIBUTED 11,100 COPIES OF YOUTH CONNECTIONS MAGAZINE.
