“The association's executive committee is composed of the officers of the board, the immediate past chair of the board and two senior supplier partner directors. The executive committee has the power of the board of directors when the board is not in session. The executive committee must report its actions to the board at the next succeeding board meeting to seek ratification of its actions.”

These members are classified as business event organizer, business event supplier, associate, and emeritus. In addition, faculty and student members join from educational insititutions supporting the meeting industry.
