Perform an annual review of potential and known transactions through annual Conflict of Interest Questionnaires completed by each relevant staff member. e. Keep written records of its review of potential or known conflicting transactions. f. Review its local office Conflict of Interest Policy and involve the appropriate group in making changes as needed. The Board's Audit Committee will perform an annual review of any issues brought forward of potential and known transactions through the annual conflict of interest questionnaires completed by each board member and each relevant staff member. Should any potential conflicts of interest be disclosed, the board member or officer would be asked to refrain from participation in any deliberation or decision with regard to matters affected by the relationship.”

Comparability data is obtained every two years and is used to determine compensation. This process is documented. Any compensation is based on availability of funds and merit.”
