The audit committee reviews each transaction to come before the board of directors for potential or actual conflicts of interest - past, present or future - when identified. Employees must promptly disclose actual or potential conflicts, in writing, to their supervisor. The identified conflicts of interest and appropriate recusals are documented in the minutes of each board or committee meeting. Each staff and volunteer leader has signed an organizational conflict of interest statement.”
