SINCE ITS INCEPTION IN 1956, THE CCAC REMAINS COMMITTED TO STRENGTHENING THE IMAGE AND VIABILITY OF THE CHICAGO AREA. THE AGENDA FOCUSES ON: CHICAGO PARTNERSHIP - AN ALLIANCE, INITIALLY WITH THE CHICAGOLAND CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, TO LEVERAGE AND CAPITALIZE ON LEADERSHIP AND RESOURCES, FOCUSING ON ISSUES THAT ARE LARGER THAN INDIVIDUAL ORGANIZATION'S MISSION AND OUTREACH AND THAT AFFECT THE CITY AND ITS CITIZENS. ADVANTAGE CHICAGO - A BUSINESS PLAN TO ENERGIZE THE OVERALL ECOMOMY WHILE RESHAPING THE IMAGE OF CHICAGO, WITH THE GOAL TO ATTRACT BUSINESS AND VISITORS TO THE CENTRAL AREA AND OUR REGION.
