The community house files income tax returns in the u.s. Federal jurisdiction and illinois. With few exceptions, the community house is no longer subject to u.s. Federal, state and local, or non-u.s. Income tax examinations by tax authorities for years before 2017. The community house does not have any unrecognized tax benefits and does not expect this to change in the next twelve months.
