Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15A

The board of directors, based upon recommendations of the compensation committee, will determine the proper compensation level for the president and the appropriate salary pool for the other nopa employees. The compensation committee will base its decisions on changes in the overall market wage levels and informal considerations. Every three years, the compensation committee will base its decisions on detailed information from nopa's staff and other external resources regarding comparable compensation levels, employee qualifications and responsibilities.

Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19
