Cbmc has concluded that there are no significant uncertain tax positions requiring disclosure, and there are no material amounts of unrecognized tax benefits. Cbmcs evaluation was performed for tax years ended december 31, 2013 through december 31, 2016, the years that remain subject to examination by major tax jurisdictions as of december 31, 2016.”
