“Supervisory Committee Board Members review payments before each Board Meeting and report to the full Board of Directors. Board Members and employee are covered under the policy. The Board of Directors is charged with handling conflicts of interest.”

“The President/CEO compensation is determined by the Executive Committee which makes comparisons and documents their decisions. The President reviews and documents compensation decisions regarding the credit union manager.”

“Financial statements were posted at each of the credit unions locations for members to view. Other documents that are subject to inspection by the members are provided at the main office for inspection upon request prior to merger. Must contact Consumers CU now for the information.”

“Rockford Bell Credit Union merged on October 1, 2024 with Consumers Credit Union 36-1936022. All operations were taken over by Consumers CU. Approved by State of Illinois and the NCUA.”
