When estimating the percentage allocations to report for 2020 the estimate was reasonably based upon the expectation that they would continue to receive direct contributions to support the lobbying expenditures, as well as 15% of member dues being allocated to this activity, as they have in previous years. Due to the impact of COVID-19 this did not occur. The Association will notify members of the increased dues portion that is non-deductible for the 2021 year.
