Designated staff and the general counsel are responsible for reviewing applicable laws and regulations and assuring full and complete implementation of and compliance with such policies and procedures are reviewed on a regular basis. The board of directors and officers sign a conflict of interest statement bi-annually. All conflicts of interest are expected to be disclosed. If there is a conflict of interest with a code of conduct, a whistleblower policy is in place. There is also a whistleblower hotline number to call.”
