The composition of the executive committee is as follows; board chair-elect, two vice chairs, secretary, treasurer, immediate past board chair and president/chief executive officer. All members of the executive committee, other than the president/chief executive officer, are members of leadingage california's governing body. Except as may be prohibited by law, the executive committee may act on behalf of the board in its ordinary and routine transaction of business and such other matters as the board may direct. Reports of such transactions must be made to the board.
