Additional Explanations

Form 990, Part III, Line 2: New Services

There were two new significant activities that the Waunakee Community Foundation began in 2017 to improve the Waunakee community. The first was beginning a fund drive to support a sculpture to be added to the Waunakee Public Schools. The second activity is to provide a method for community members to support the building of the new public library within the Village of Waunakee. The funds raised are placed in a segregated account and will be given to the Village of Waunakee in the form of a grant for the construction of the new public library.

The first was beginning a fund drive to support a sculpture to be added to the Waunakee Public Schools. The second activity is to provide a method for community members to support the building of the new public library within the Village of Waunakee. The funds raised are placed in a segregated account and will be given to the Village of Waunakee in the form of a grant for the construction of the new public library.
