Elizabeth lake non-profit housing corporation is managed by community housing network, inc. A nonprofit organization. The management contract encompasses the day to day operations of the project including, but not limited to, collection of rents and maintenance of facilities in order to establish a safe and affordable environment.

The form 990 is reviewed in its entirety by management and copies of the form 990 are provided to the governing body prior to filing the form.

PART X, LINE 2:

The corporation is exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code and state income tax and has been classified as an other than private foundation. Accordingly, no provision for federal and state taxes on revenue and income has been recognized in the accompanying financial statements.
