Once a year the board completes a conflict of interest statement. Board members abstain from voting if a conflict arises. The conflict of interest statements are maintained with board records. Staff complete a conflict of interest statement upon hire.

The bod or a compensation committee designated by the bod will review comparable compensation for similarly qualified persons in functionally comparable positions at similarly situated organizations. This information is strictly confidential and will be shared only with the bod.
