Leadership Indianapolis alumni, community leaders and those interested in community leadership are encouraged to attend. The Summit is a perfect opportunity for both emerging and experienced community leaders.

You'll build your network, your understanding of community issues and needs, and your civic leadership skills. Our recently released State of Community Leadership report identified a gap in civic leadership development programming for Millennials. We also learned that Indy's Millennials want to make an impact in our community, help build solutions and make new friends through their community involvement. We've built Civic Boot Camp to fill that gap and to assist young professionals in getting connected to opportunities to make a difference.
