Mission

Provide medical care and in-kind charitable care to patients throughout southeastern indiana.

1. To increase the health resources available in the community by developing an integrated delivery system which renders quality primary care services.2. To provide quality patient care by attracting and retaining qualified physicians.3. To enable physicians to focus on clinical rather than administrative responsibilities4. To provide appropriate medical care to all those in need, regardless of ability to pay or source of payment.5. To integrate all medical functions and records of patients to eliminate excess capacity,duplicate tests, procedures and treatments to result in greater efficiency and reduced health care costs to the members of the community. Statement regarding changes in accounting method the taxpayer hereby elects to utilize the small business exception provided by revenue procedure 2015-20. The taxpayer therefore will be applying the elected changes in accounting method on a prospective basis only and will not be filing an application for change in account method, form 3115. The taxpayer hereby makes the change in accounting method under the following designated change numbers as of january 1, 2014: 184 deducting repair and maintenance costs, or capitalizing and depreciating improvements to tangible property 187 deducting incidental materials and supplies when paid or incurred taxpayer is making the de minimis safe harbor election under reg. Sec 1.263 (a)-1(f). Taxpayer is making the safe harbor election under reg. Sec. 1.263 (a)-3(h) for buildings and improvements.
