Enterprise housing - brookside, inc., an indiana not-for-profit corporation, was organized to acquire, own, and operate a 138 unit apartment community in indianapolis, indiana, known as spruce manor apartments, formerly known as brookside courts. On september 12, 2001, the community was refinanced with a mortgage insured under section 223(f) of the national housing act, as amended.

Cornerstone properties has a project owner's and management agent's certification for multifamily housing projects with the u.s. Department of housing and urban development. Under this certification, hud has approved cornerstone properties to manage the brookside apartment community. The management contract encompasses the day to day operations of the project including, but not limited to, collection of rents, maintenance of facilities, supervision of staff, and ongoing support for both the owners and tenants as needed in order to establish a safe, sanitary and affordable environment.”
