Supplemental Narrative

Additional Explanations

Part XXII, Line 2C

The board of directors assumes the responsibility for oversight of the audit of the organization's financial statements.

Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The organization has implemented the accounting guidance for uncertainty in income taxes. Under that guidance, tax positions initially need to be recognized in the financial statements when it is more-likely-than-not the position will be sustained upon examination by the tax authorities. As of december 31, 2021, the organization had no uncertain tax positions that qualify for either recognition or disclosure in the financial statements. The organization files federal and indiana income tax returns. Management believes the organization's tax-exempt status would be upheld upon examination.
