Part v, line 2a, part vii, column e and part ix, lines 5, 7, 9 & 10: compensation, taxes and benefits listed as expense is paid to the warsaw/kosciusko county chamber of commerce as a reimbursement at exact cost. Therefore, no forms w-2 are filed under the 35-1609726 ein. In years prior to 2011 employees were shared by the two organizations. Therefore the current porcedure of reimbursing the "chamber" for time began while the organization had an agreement to reimburse the chamber for providing the employees at cost. The organization basically determines agreed amounts of compensation. Therefore, such has been reflected herein as employee compensation.
