The foundation has a written conflict of interest policy. Annually the policy is reviewed with the board and each member completes and signs a conflict of interest statement, disclosing any conflicts. The members are reminded that if any conflicts arise during the year, then they must complete a new conflict of interest form. The individual statements are reviewed by the executive committee. Decisions are made at that committee as to whether any conflicts need the entire boards attention.
