Byc provides liabilities for uncertain income tax positions when a liability is probable and estimable. Management believes that it has appropriate support for any tax positions taken or expected to take and as such, does not have any uncertain tax positions that should be recognized, measured, or disclosed in the financial statements. Management also believes byc is no longer subject to examination by tax authorities for years prior to december 31, 2021.
