“Classes of member or stockholders: alumni of wabash college are considered members. An alumnus is any person who attended wabash for at least two semesters. Every even-numbered year, alumni elect two trustees to the board. Every odd-numbered year, alumni elect one trustee to the board.”

The audit committee is given a chance to review the return before it is given to the full board. An electronic copy of the form is available to the entire board prior to filing.
