Mission

To provide eligible employees of company the opportunity to obtain medical and health insurance, dental insurance and/or short term disability insurance through the schroer group employees health care plan or any other health care plan, the schroer group dental plan and/or the schroer group short term disability plan, respectively, maintained by the company or an afiliate the opportunity and to pay for their share of the cost of such coverage on a pre-tax basis.

To provide hospital, medical, surgical, major medical catastrophic coverage and similar benefits to participants and their dependents.

The cfo and controller of the schroer group, inc., the former sponsor of the trust, will review the form 990 prior to filing.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12C

All employees including officers and directors are re-educated on the program annually. Questions and or concerns regarding this are to be directed to the compliance officer. The compliance officer reports annually to the board of directors and reviews all compliance issues and concerns. If the compliance officer would receive a concern regarding the conflict of interest policy it would be treated like any other compliance report. A confirmation number would be assigned to the case and an investigation of the concern would follow. Other auditing entities, as required, may be asked to review the issue. A decision would then be made in consultation with legal counsel as to whether a violation did occur and the corrective action would be decided and acted upon.

A DECISION WOULD THEN BE MADE IN CONSULTATION WITH LEGAL COUNSEL AS TO WHETHER A VIOLATION DID OCCUR AND THE CORRECTIVE ACTION WOULD BE DECIDED AND ACTED UPON.
