The Form 990 is reviewed by the Executive Director and the Treasurer. It is then presented to the Board of Directors for their review and approval.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 12C: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts

On an annual basis, the Conflict of Interest Policy is circulated to all board members and requires a signature. If anyone records an interest, the Executive Director is notified and it is disclosed to the Board of Directors for an potential conflict.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 15A: Compensation Review & Approval Process - CEO, Top Management

The process for determining compensation of the Executive Director and key employess includes a review, discussion and approval by the Board of Directors who do not have a conflict of interest with respect to the compensation agreement, and independent of the person being compensated. The Board of Directors makes compensation decisions by looking at comparability data, the skills and expertise of the executive and the performance in meeting goals and expectations.
