Mission

To provide financially challenged youth and their families with the purpose, desire and resources to give their best efforts in all they do throughout their lives. By developing after school programs, reading & computer literacy programs, scholarships for students, restoring playgrounds and offering sports and leisure activities, we show our commitment to the success of all our youth and their families. The encouragement and involvement of the community stimulates that success.

To provide financially challenged youth and their families with the purpose, desire and resources to give their best efforts in all they do throughout their lives.

OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 4: BatchPacks for Kids - BatchPacks for Kids is our back-to-school initiative to prepare the students to begin the school year. In addition to a BatchPack, school supplies are also handed out to students in local schools. Over 5,000 BatchPacks have been given out since the program has started. The students also have the option to donate back their BatchPack once they are done using it to help others in need. More than 6,000 toys and household products are donated and wrapped by more than 225 volunteers at an annual wrapping party. The gifts are personally delivered by Charlie, Latasha and several volunteers along with Christmas dinner on Christmas Eve.

In addition to a BatchPack, school supplies are also handed out to students in local schools. Over 5,000 BatchPacks have been given out since the program has started. The students also have the option to donate back their BatchPack once they are done using it to help others in need.
