Objectives 1. Grow from 600,000 to 750,000 in the next two years, with the goal of growing to 1,000,000 in the next four to five years. 2. Increase salaries and hours worked for employees to create parity with dance companies nationally: 3. Increase dancer and artistic staff salaries by 40% 4. Seek individual and/or corporate funding for initiatives to support cultural exchange and equity efforts.”
