Education/outreach goals and objectives 1. Building community within its physical space and the greater geographic area, offering opportunities to learn dance 2. Bring programs to various locations in and around cleveland and northeast ohio, meeting people where they live, work, and learn. Objectives 1. Partner with the cleveland dance movement to create opportunities for cleveland's minority and emerging dance practitioners. 2. Through its subsidized rental program, support minority dance programs. 3. Deliver current outreach programs as in-house learning. 4. Organizational goals and objectives 1. Going forward, the company must fortify its financial future by growing its donor base 2. Diversifying its board. It must attract 1) higher wealth/ higher contributing board members, 2) new board members familiar with, or eager to learn about, the inner workings of a dance company and 3) those who can bring to the board greater diversity, in terms of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, and age, and who can extend verb's reach throughout the great lakes region. Objectives 1. Grow from 600,000 to 750,000 in the next two years, with the goal of growing to 1,000,000 in the next four to five years. 2. Increase salaries and hours worked for employees to create parity with dance companies nationally: 3. Increase dancer and artistic staff salaries by 40% 4. Seek individual and/or corporate funding for initiatives to support cultural exchange and equity efforts.

Ocb complies with fasb asc 740- accounting for uncertainty in income taxes. Fasb asc 740 details how companies should recognize, measure, present and disclose uncertain tax positions that have been or are expected to be taken. As such, the financial statements would reflect expected future tax consequences of uncertain tax positions presuming the taxing authorities' full knowledge of the position and all relevant facts, if they existed. The management of ocb believes that there are no uncertain tax positions. Ocb's tax years that remain subject to examination by the internal revenue service are fiscal years ended june 30, 2021 and forward.
