The 990 was reviewed by the tax preparer with the organization's management prior to filing with the irs. The executive director forwards a pdf file of the 990 tax return to the board prior to filing the tax return. The board reviews the 990 at a regularly scheduled meeting and the treasurer will also review the return with the executive committee prior to the board meeting.
