Ohio Citizen Action is Ohio's largest environmental and consumer organization. We work to engage people in campaigns to protect health and the environment, to promote sustainable energy, and to fight unjust utility rate increases.

The organization conducted independent expenditure communications, both for and against candidates, in the u.s. Senate and house of representatives in the november 2024 election. These communications include producing, printing literature, and disseminating the literature through a paid canvassing operation. The organization also produced and disseminated digital and social media independent expenditure communications in those races. They also made endorsements of candidates in the state level legislative races, and communicated those endorsements to their membership through email and other electronic and digital means.
