CIPUSA AFFILIATE OFFICES WORK WITH LOCAL PARTNERS TO MATCH AND PLACE INTERNATIONAL PROFESSIONALS FOR SHORT-TERM TRAINING PROGRAMS RANGING FROM ONE TO EIGHTEEN MONTHS. THROUGH THE CORE PROGRAM, AFFILIATES MATCH QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WITH RELEVANT TRAINING POSITIONS AND HELP TO DEVELOP A CHALLENGING AND MUTUALLY REWARDING TRAINING PLAN. AFFILIATES PROVIDE ACCOMMODATIONS WITH A HOST FAMILY FOR SEVERAL MONTHS, AND COORDINATE CROSS-CULTURAL EXCHANGE ACTIVITIES AND PROFESSIONAL NETWORKING EVENTS. GENERALLY, CORE PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS ARE INDIVIDUALS WHO SEEK OUT CIPUSA BECAUSE OF THEIR DESIRE TO TRAIN IN THE U.S. "THE GLOBAL PARTNERS PROGRAM - THIS PROGRAM INTRODUCES INTERNATIONAL PROFESSIONALS TO U.S. ORGANIZATIONS THROUGH PRE-ARRANGED PROGRAMS. THE GLOBAL PARTNERS PROGRAM ALLOWS U.S. ORGANIZATIONS TO PRE-SELECT INTERNATIONAL PROFESSIONALS FOR TRAINING IN THEIR COMPANIES FOR UP TO 18-MONTHS. THE COMPANIES AND PARTICIPANTS ESTABLISH THE TERMS OF TRAINING INDEPENDENTLY, NEGOTIATING COMPENSATION AND LENGTH OF THE TRAINING. CIPUSA AND ITS AFFILIATES SERVE AS A RESOURCE FOR J-1 VISA SPONSORSHIP, FINDING TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES, RECRUITING NEW TALENT AND PROVIDING ORIENTATION AND LOGISTICAL SUPPORT TO HELP PARTICIPANTS' TRANSITION SMOOTHLY, AS WELL AS OPPORTUNITIES FOR CROSS-CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL ENRICHMENT. "THE COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP PROGRAM - THROUGH THIS PROGRAM CIPUSA OFFERS SHORT-TERM TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR GROUPS OF PROFESSIONALS TAILORED TO THEIR FIELD OF WORK AND/OR REGION. THROUGH EITHER GRANT-SPONSORED OR INDIVIDUAL SPONSORED PROGRAMS CIPUSA AND ITS AFFILIATE OFFICES ARRANGE ACCOMMODATIONS AND TRANSLATION SERVICES, AND DEVELOP AN INTENSIVE TRAINING PROGRAM DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR THE NEEDS OF THE GROUP. THESE PROGRAMS INCLUDE LECTURES FROM LOCAL EXPERTS AND SCHEDULED MEETINGS AND SIGHT VISITS TO RELEVANT AGENCIES AND ORGANIZATIONS.

THE GLOBAL PARTNERS PROGRAM ALLOWS U.S. ORGANIZATIONS TO PRE-SELECT INTERNATIONAL PROFESSIONALS FOR TRAINING IN THEIR COMPANIES FOR UP TO 18-MONTHS. THE COMPANIES AND PARTICIPANTS ESTABLISH THE TERMS OF TRAINING INDEPENDENTLY, NEGOTIATING COMPENSATION AND LENGTH OF THE TRAINING. CIPUSA AND ITS AFFILIATES SERVE AS A RESOURCE FOR J-1 VISA SPONSORSHIP, FINDING TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES, RECRUITING NEW TALENT AND PROVIDING ORIENTATION AND LOGISTICAL SUPPORT TO HELP PARTICIPANTS' TRANSITION SMOOTHLY, AS WELL AS OPPORTUNITIES FOR CROSS-CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL ENRICHMENT. "THE COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP PROGRAM - THROUGH THIS PROGRAM CIPUSA OFFERS SHORT-TERM TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR GROUPS OF PROFESSIONALS TAILORED TO THEIR FIELD OF WORK AND/OR REGION.
