In addition, a copy of the form 990, with donors' names and addresses redacted from schedule b, is provided to all board members via the board portal on the school's website, prior to its filing.”

“Distribution of form 990 to governing body - as noted above, the school distributes a copy of form 990 to all board members through its secure internet portal but redacts the names and addresses of donors from schedule b. The school has chosen not to disclose the identities of its donors, particularly in cases in which the donor wishes to remain anonymous. As such, we are required to answer the question on line 11a "no" even though the board receives all of form 990 except for donors' names and addresses.”
