Mission

The foundation owns an historic building and is responsible for its exterior restoration and the park in front of the building. The foundation has established a grant program funded from the proceeds of the lease with the building's tenant. These grants are to fund various community projects which beautify or otherwise improve the "quality of life" in the neighborhood known as point richmond.
