The Troopons Program provides overseas servicemen and their families free food, baby items, and household goods coupons, using coupons which are clipped and donated to the Organization. During 2018, the Organization provided approximately $31,259,793 worth of such coupons, which are valued at face value at the point of transaction and included in Donated Goods and charged to Program Services.”
