“An employee of interaction serves on the board of directors of basic education coalition. The coalition does not pay the director directly, but pays interaction a management fee for services.”

“In june 2014, the coalition entered into a partnership agreement with the american council for voluntary international action inc. (interaction), a nonprofit organization. The agreement transferred all of the coalition's expenses to interaction who in turn invoices the coalition for expenses incurred. Interaction charges a management fee of 15% of direct costs per month. It was also agreed the coalition will remain a separate organization.”
