“The finance committee meets every other month and reviews the financial statements. These are then provided to the executive committee for approval and forwarded to the board for their approval. The tax return is prepared from the year end books and a copy of the tax return is circulated to all of the board members and the executive director for their review, comments and corrections. Upon approval the return is signed by the president and filed.”
