Mission

To stimulate, improve, develop and promote the economy of san diego north county through vigorous advocacy in marketing the region for industrial and commercial development and investment. The desired outcome is an increase in job opportunities, as well as an increase in production output and distribution.

To grow and sustain the economy of san diego north county through attraction and retention of business groups, as well as new business development.
