Housing Innovation Partners continues to work collaboratively with outside service providers to assure the needs of the tenants are being met. Housing Innovation Partners began the process to purchase two parcels of commercial property adjacent to the existing 43rd Street Apartments. The purpose of this proposed acquisition is to build new affordable housing units on the site, combining both projects together.
