Activity 2

Job Readiness Training - A four-week core curriculum in which participants acquire critical job skills that help them find and retain employment. Participants include veterans and ex-offenders returning to the community and other low-income adults with barriers to employment such as addiction, low education equivalencies, and lack of employment history. The program includes behavioral treatment services provided by four licensed counselors under the supervision of a director, all conducting one-on-one, group, and family sessions to support participants.STRIVE For The Future (SFF) - Integrates academic learning and job skill development with case management and support services, offering two weeks of job readiness training followed by mentoring and paid internships.

Activity 3

Housing Services - Provides placement for individuals and families seeking affordable residency. We operate nine sober-living facilities to provide a safe environment for 147 single men and women in recovery. Staff assesses clients housing needs and can also provide referrals and listings for families requiring low-cost housing.Transitional Youth Housing Program (TYHP) Provide access to two years of stable housing, intensive case management and social services, job readiness training, and job placement for emancipated foster youth at any given time through a partnership with San Diego County Health and Human Services.
