Additional Explanations

Form 990, Part III, Line 3: Ceased Conducting or Significant Changes To Services

Due to various reasons, including the loss of the main health care provider to the residents, depressed financial economic conditions in the San Jacinto Valley resulting in less than acceptable occupancy levels, and the depletion of the organization's resources which would result in insufficient operating funds within three years, the board decided to cease operations at both facilities in November 2012 and to sell the homes in 2013. Further discussions within the board in 2013 and 2014 has led to the decision to terminate the organization in 2014.

Further discussions within the board in 2013 and 2014 has led to the decision to terminate the organization in 2014.
