Form 990 is prepared by an accounting firm. A draft of form 990 is provided to the organization's executive director for review before it is filed.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12C

The conflict of Interest policy prohibts outside employment with any competing organization by it's key empoyees as well as the executive director. Unless pre-approved by management. The board of directors and officers (except for executive director) are non paid volunteering members. Officers and directors are able to disclose any conflicts at board meetings. The Executive Director and the Board Chairman monitor and enforce all policies.The Executive Director communicates to the Board Chairman on a regular basis throughtout the year on compliance to all organizational policies.Should any issue arise the Board convenes a special Board meeting to discuss the matter.

The Board of Directors who are independent persons utilizes comparative data from various organizational information to carry out a contemporaneous substantiation of the deliberation and decision. The Board Chairman emails information to the board members so they can determine just compensation. Board members share information and questions. Finally a vote is taken on a proposed salary adjustment.
