Client Note 1

Client Note 1 - PAYROLL OF MANAGED PROPERTIESThe employees of the managed properties are employed by Community Housing Management Services. However, due to the fact that the payments received from the properties are for salaries and fringe benefits of specifically designated employees, where Community Housing Management Services has no discretion, according to U.S. generally accepted accounting principles, these payments are deemed to be agency transactions. Agency transactions are not to be accounted for as the revenues and expenses of the entity. They are operating activities in the cash flow statement. Total amount of salaries and fringe benefits received and paid on behalf of managed properties for the period ended June 30, 2015 was $1,474,958.

Client Note 2 - FORM 990 - SCHEDULE DPART IXLine 1: DESIGNATED RESERVES / INVESTMENT IN MUTUAL FUNDS As part of the acquisition of the partnership interest in Casa De Los Amigos, LP, the Organization was required to establish an 'Operating Deficit Reserve' in the amount of $300,000. This account was establised on behalf of the Organization by Episcopal Communities and Services for Seniors(ECS)whereby part of their investment portfolio was designated to satisfy this requirement. Line 3: INVESTMENT IN PARTNERSHIPIn May 2014 the Organization acquired .01% general partnership interest in Casa De Los Amigos, LP. The investment is recorded at cost of $447 (which approximate fair value). The partnership interest was acquired by the Organization in a transaction whereby its sole owner Episcopal Communities and Services for Seniors(ECS) assigned their general partnership interest to the Organization.

However, due to the fact that the payments received from the properties are for salaries and fringe benefits of specifically designated employees, where Community Housing Management Services has no discretion, according to U.S. generally accepted accounting principles, these payments are deemed to be agency transactions. Agency transactions are not to be accounted for as the revenues and expenses of the entity. They are operating activities in the cash flow statement. Total amount of salaries and fringe benefits received and paid on behalf of managed properties for the period ended June 30, 2015 was $1,474,958.

This account was establised on behalf of the Organization by Episcopal Communities and Services for Seniors(ECS)whereby part of their investment portfolio was designated to satisfy this requirement. Line 3: INVESTMENT IN PARTNERSHIPIn May 2014 the Organization acquired .01% general partnership interest in Casa De Los Amigos, LP. The investment is recorded at cost of $447 (which approximate fair value). The partnership interest was acquired by the Organization in a transaction whereby its sole owner Episcopal Communities and Services for Seniors(ECS) assigned their general partnership interest to the Organization.
