The members of this corporation shall consist of those Christian churches, institutions and agencies that have complied with the requirements set forth in Section 4.02 of the bylaws.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7A

Under Section 4.15 of the bylaws, those whose names stand on the membership records of the organization on the day of any meeting of members shall be entitled to vote at such a meeting. Every member entitled to vote at any election for Directors shall be entitled to one vote.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11B

Form 990 is prepared by an independent CPA firm and reviewed in detail by the organization's top management. The reviewed Form 990 is then provided to the board of directors prior to filing with the IRS.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12C

The organization requires all officers and board members to annually complete and sign a conflict of interest questionnaire. The chairman is responsible for reviewing the signed statements and ensuring that interested persons are in compliance with the conflict of interest policy. Should any potential conflicts of interest be disclosed, the board member or officer would be asked to refrain from participation in any deliberation or decision with regard to matters affected by the relationship.

The Board of Directors determines the President's compensation. The President determines the Vice President's compensation. Officer compensation at similar organizations is reviewed to determine reasonableness. Compensation is documented on an annual basis in the budget which is approved by the Board.
