Mission

Willow Point Homes Association Inc. is operated for the benefits of all 74 Homes in the Home Owners Association. No individual inures a salary or compensation for services to and for the HOA. The Board of Directors is elected for a one Year term and receives NO compensation for services rendered. Common grounds are operated for the enjoyment and use by ALL 74 homes in the Association. An annual meeting is conducted to review the status and operations of the Home Owners Association. Covenants and operating procedures are reviewed, modified and operated for the mutual benefit all all members. A quorum vote is required for changes to covenants of operation. Willow Point Homes Association Inc. Operates under the provisions of 501 C (4)-1(a)(ii) a civic league or organization that isn't organized or operated for profit and (ii) and is operated exclusively for the promotion of social welfare of the Association. RevRul 72-102 1972-1 C.B. 149 modified by Rul.74.99.

Operation of Home Owners Association for 74 homes in Shreveport, Louisiana. Business and operations are conducted for the mutual benefit of ALL Homeowners with No salaries or benefit to ANY individual. Homeowner dues are collected to operate common areas for the enjoyment and benefit of ALL homeowners.
