Mission

To help preserve and provide safe, decent and affordable housing for those individuals and families who, for whatever reasons, remain at low or very low incomes. Secondly, break the cycle, inc. Will assist residents from further slipping into poverty and help these individuals to "break the cycle" of poverty of the generations that have gone before them through assistance with further education, job training and mentoring programs.
