Governance Explanations

Form 990, Page 6, Part VI, Line 11B

The organization's process for review of form 990 by the finance committee and the board of directors will be as follows: the external accounting firm will prepare the form 990 and supplemental schedules as soon as possible after completion of the annual audit, and forward a draft of the return to the executive director for review. Once the executive director has approved form 990 and supplemental schedules the return will be filed to internal revenue service. Form 990 is then made available to the board of directors.
